The Power of Thought

Limitations and illness are not things but are the result of restricted ways of thinking. We are surrounded by a Subjective Intelligence that receives and imprints our thoughts and acts upon them. This Intelligence is a natural Law in the Mental World and the simple fact is that It Is, and we may consciously use It.

This Law is a Law of Reflection. Life is a mirror, reflecting to us, as conditions, the images of our thinking. Whatever one thinks tends to take form and to become a part of our experience.

Law is always impersonal, neutral, receptive and reactive. Its Medium of all thought is Universal Mind acting as Law.

Our Unity with Good changes the currents of Causation and brings happy conditions into our experience. A sense of separation from good causes us to feel restricted.

Everything in our personal world and the material universe is an effect and exists only by virtue of some mental image behind it.

Our individuality enables us to make use of the Law as we desire; we are bound not by limitation, but by limited thought. The same power that binds us can and will free us. We have the power to free ourself from all unwanted conditions simply by understanding and utilizing our power of thought.

The Law of Mind, the Medium for all action, is a Law of perfect balance; Our Objective World (conscious) perfectly balances the images within our Subjective World (subconscious).

Water will reach its own level by its own weight; according to the same law consciousness will externalize at its own level by its own weight. Cause and effect are but two sides of the same thing, one being the image in Mind and the other the objective condition.

You have heard, “so as above, so as below.” Just as the manifest universe is the result of the Self-Contemplation of God, our world of affairs is the result of our self-contemplation.

Right action will be compelled through right knowing; therefore, when we know the Truth, It will compel us into right action.

  1. I’m impressed, I must say. Actually rarely must i encounter a blog that’s both educative and entertaining, and without a doubt, you may have hit the nail within the head. Your thought is outstanding; the catch is something that insufficient folks are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy i always came across this around my hunt for something about it.
